Intuit Quicken® Web Connect

 

Instructions: Quicken® Windows Web Connect (from within Online Banking)

DEACTIVATE Online Banking connection for accounts connected to Evergreen Federal Bank

  • Choose Tools > Account List
  • Click Edit on the account to deactivate
  • In Account Details, click Online Services
  • Click Deactivate. Follow prompts to confirm deactivation
  • Click the General tab
  • Delete Evergreen Federal Bank and Account Number information. Click OK to close the window
  • Repeat steps for any additional accounts that apply.

RECONNECT Online Banking connection for accounts that apply

  • Download a Quicken Web Connect file from Evergreen's Online Banking site
  • In Quicken, choose File > File Import > Web Connect (.QFX) File
  • Use the import dialog to select the Web Connect file you downloaded. An “Import Downloaded Transactions” window opens
  • Choose Link to an existing account. Select the matching account in the drop-down menu. Associate the imported transactions to the correct account listed in Quicken
  • Repeat this step for each account you have connected to Evergreen.

  • Click your account in the Accounts list on the left side
  • Choose Accounts > Settings
  • Select Set up transaction download
  • Enter your financial institution name in the search field, select the correct option and click Continue
  • Enter your credentials

• Express Web Connect uses the same credentials you use for your Evergreen Online Banking login

Instructions: Windows Direct Connect

DEACTIVATE Online Banking connection for accounts connected to Evergreen Federal Bank

  • Choose Lists menu > Chart of Accounts
  • Right-click on the first account you would like to deactivate and choose Edit Account
  • Click the Bank Feeds Settings tab in the Edit Account window
  • Select Deactivate All Online Services and click Save & Close
  • Click OK for any alerts or messages that may appear with the deactivation
  • Repeat steps for any additional accounts that apply

  • In the Online Account Information window, choose Not Enabled from the Download Transactions list and click Save
  • Click OK for any alerts or messages that may appear with the deactivation
  • Repeat steps for any additional accounts that apply

  • Choose Banking > Online Banking Setup
  • Type your institution's name in the search field, then click Next and follow the instructions in the setup screen
  • Select Yesmy account has been activated for QuickBooks Online Services in the Online Banking Assistant window. Click Next
  • Enter your Direct Connect credentials. Direct Connect might require credentials that do not match your Online Banking credentials.
  • For each account, you wish to download into QuickBooks, click Select and Account to connect to your existing account’s registers.
  • Click Next, and then click Done
  • Repeat this step for each account that you have connected to Evergreen

Secure Download

Download Evergreen’s Mobile App from the Apple or Google Play Store . In your device store, search for Evergreen Federal Bank. (NOTE: Because other companies use the name Evergreen, make sure you search for the full name: Evergreen Federal Bank). Identify and confirm the App (seen below) before installing and opening the App.

Secure Login

Logging in from your mobile device is simple and very secure. We confirm your credentials along with the device you are using. (NOTE: You will need to be enrolled in Evergreen’s Online Banking to use Evergreen’s Mobile App.) Remember to Logout when you have completed your Mobile Banking session. The Logout button is conveniently located at the top right corner of the screen. When you Logout, you will be returned to the Login screen.

Alerts

Once enrolled in Evergreen Online Banking, you can set up Alerts to assist you in monitoring your account activity. Relevant financial events, such as a low balance, pending loan payment, or specific transactions, automatically trigger the delivery of real-time alerts. Account-holders control their communication preferences and can choose to receive alerts through email, text, or push notifications.

Best Practices

Strong Passwords: You will need to choose a password with a combination of numbers, letters and symbols. Do not share your user ID or password with anyone. For your protection, we recommend that you change your password regularly. Do not use numbers that are easily associated with you, such as your telephone number, address, or birth date as your password.

Networks: If you want to connect to your bank while out and about, it's a good idea to use your cellular network instead of a WiFi hotspot because this is a more secure option, and your data will be better protected.

Update: Make sure you keep your apps and your phone software updated for maximum security.

Verify: If you are unsure whether an email, text, or Website is from Evergreen, call us to verify it.
