Report Lost, Stolen, or Fraudulent Activity on your Card

To report a lost or stolen Evergreen Mastercard Debit^® or Evergreen ATM card, or to report fraudulent activity on your card, call Evergreen at 1-800-275-6148. If you call after regular business hours, you will be prompted to select #2 and will be transferred to our after-hours fraud department.
