Travel Notification

Letting us know when you plan on traveling or spending outside of your normal area can help us better monitor your debit card for fraudulent activity. Please notify us 4 days before your travel date by calling us at 1-800-275-6148 or by sending us a Secure Message within Evergreen Online Banking using the steps below.

Log on to your Evergreen Online Banking Account

  1. Within Evergreen Online Banking, click the MAIL link located in the top right portion of the navigation bar
  2. Send us a secure message with the following information:

• Dates of travel departure and return

• Travel destinations

• Phone number where we can reach and speak with you

• Last six (6) digits of your debit card number
